When you enquire
The form collects your name, email, profile or business link, and any optional priority and context you share. I use this information to assess fit, respond and discuss the requested service. Your enquiry is stored in the website’s private database. It does not subscribe you to marketing emails or start a paid service.
When you register interest
The fieldnotes, community and guest forms collect your name, email, the category of interest and any suggestion you submit. The forms record your express permission and the date. I use this information to contact you about that interest. You can withdraw permission by email at any time.
Measurement and your choices
Optional analytics and marketing are off until you agree. With analytics permission, the site counts page activity, CTA clicks, form activity, resource downloads, sharing and scroll depth. These counters store the day, page and event type, without names, emails or visitor identifiers. Repeated actions can count again. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals keep optional measurement off.
If you agree to analytics, campaign labels and the referring website’s hostname may be kept in temporary session storage and included with an enquiry to help understand how you found the site. Do not put personal information in campaign links. The scorecard answers remain in the page and reset when you leave.
Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity can be enabled through site configuration after analytics permission. Advertising tags, if later configured, require additional marketing permission. Provider accounts are not currently connected in this build. This notice must be updated before new processing is enabled.
Browser storage
Your theme and privacy choices are saved in local storage. Optional campaign context uses session storage after analytics permission. See the cookie policy for details.
Storage, recipients and transfers
Records are stored using the website hosting platform and its database infrastructure. Hosting providers process technical information needed to operate and secure the service. If a verified email or CRM integration is configured, the necessary enquiry or interest information may be passed to it for the stated purpose. International processing may occur through hosting and connected providers; applicable safeguards and provider terms must be reviewed before integrations are enabled.
Retention and your rights
Information is kept for the period reasonably needed to respond, manage the relationship and meet applicable obligations. Records should be periodically reviewed and unnecessary information removed. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or withdrawal of consent. Where applicable, you may also object, request portability or complain to a competent regulator. Requests may require proportionate identity verification.
The intended basis for responding to an enquiry is taking steps at your request before a potential service arrangement, and legitimate interests in handling business correspondence where applicable. Interest-list contact and optional tracking rely on your permission. Applicability depends on your location and the processing involved.
Sale, sharing and sensitive information
This build does not sell enquiry records and has no active advertising pixels. Do not submit confidential client information, passwords or sensitive personal data through the forms. Request any privacy-related clarification by email.
External services
LinkedIn and other linked services have their own practices. Following an external link takes you to that service. Resources can be used without registering for an interest list.
